He was able to offer a great price on the LVP of better quality than the home improvement stores as he has a direct account with a quality manufacturer. He quoted the least amount of project time and though I was skeptical at first, he completed the job in two days as promised. We are pleased with the installation, professionalism, and knowledge Todd provided. We highly recommend him!"

"Chris and team did an absolutely fantastic job on our flooring install. First we were delayed due to supply constraints on the flooring itself, but Chris stayed in contact with me and we worked together to ultimately find a date that worked. The job ended up not being easy as the old hardwoods downstairs were all nailed into the sub-floor and the kitchen cabinets were installed over them. This meant that Chris had a much tougher time getting the old floor out and had to cut around all the cabinets. The change in floor height meant that we had to lower all the baseboards downstairs. Ultimately we filled a 30 cubic foot dumpster with all of the old stuff! Chris and team went the extra mile on everything that I asked him to do, even some extra projects that popped up - he had no issue tackling them. The overall job spanned almost 2 work weeks. Putting LVP on stairs is never easy, but Chris did an amazing job and the stairs look fantastic. Everything was cleaned up, and all of the remaining flooring etc was put together neatly in the garage. The end result of everything was great! We are so happy with the flooring we chose, as well as the work that was put into installing it. "I purchased a 12 X 16 Gazebo from Samâ s Club and was looking for someone to assemble and install. Via Home Advisor, Mr. Luis M. Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. After assembling he also cleaned up the work area and stacked the cardboard boxes. I was also satisfied with the sealing of the concrete. "Ok where do I start: Thomas and Justin were phenomenal! They took out my old 30 year old mobile home tub and replaced it with the most amazing walk in shower! It operates and looks beautiful! I cannot thank you enough! They also fixed my walk in shower in the master bathroom (the previous GC did a really sub par job) and I’m so happy that Thomas replaced the sub floor part of that shower and redid the step on it so water didn’t keep getting on the floor. They also redid all the flooring in the master bath, took out the 30 year old vanity and toilet and replaced them with new modern styles that save water and energy. They are coming back to complete the guest bathroom and I’m so excited! They were also straight up about pricing and were always on time, professional and really listened to my vision and gave me input on what would truly work and what wouldn’t and I appreciate that ALOT!
