"The service was excellent.  Included in the initial cost was not only caulking of windows but they had to repair some older windows before they could be caulked, which they spent quite some time at, and did not charge extra.  Two of my doors required a special device in order to seal them, which cost $25 extra each, but they also had to rehang one of the doors, which my handyman had done badly, repair the thresholds, file down uneven edges, and several other things which were all included in the $25.    Their inspection was thorough and detailed, and they explained everything to me, step by step.  I wanted an interior door weatherstripped for soundproofing, and even though that is not supposed to be included, they did it for no extra charge.  The test they perform to find leaks was very interesting and revealing, and their quote to return and seal up all those leaks was extremely reasonable.  I will definitely have them come back to finish the job.  They also made recommendations for other work to be done to the house, that is outside the scope of their work, that will help to contain energy loss.  I was very impressed with their service, punctuality, professionalism, price and willingness to go above and beyond to do the job right.  They put in several extra hours of work for a very minimal extra charge which really mostly covered the materials.  I feel I made an excellent investment
