Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. I would certainly hire them again for any general home repairs/improvements."

"After a break-in, I needed to get my doors replaced. The reviews on Angie's List helped me select Supreme Window and Door with added confidence. From start to finish, the process was easy and the pricing fair. All the staff were professional and courteous.
The sale representative (Albert) was knowledgeable about the product line. He answered my questions and worked with me to find a product right for me and within my budget. He explained the different features and options - but i never felt pressured. Eric and the rest of the installation team did a beautiful job installing the doors: they were professional, neat and kept me informed throughout the job.
Besides just "selling and installing" my doors, Albert and Eric went above and beyond the written contract and were gracious in volunteering to help me with a few handyman-type small jobs I needed after the break-in: helping to install a new motion-detector light and fixing a broken wooden gate. These were small "chores", but the extra effort they took to quickly install a new backyard security light and to fix the broken gate helped me feel more secure after the break-in incident. Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. Most importantly they focused on repairing the area requested versus other companies who oppression me to replace the entire roof Versus focusing on the area with the issue"

"Champion seems to use subcontractors to do the installation.   They came in two stages, ours was a large job.  Both subcontractors were fine.   We would have appreciated knowing that the folks who were coming to put the windows in wouldn't be in a Champion truck.
Subcontractors came as scheduled, no problems with window installation, they left no mess.  A glitch in the order, though--for some reason the factor didn't put the right style mullions in our windows.  However, they replaced them correctly a couple of weeks later, and there was no problem with Champion doing that.  
We are pleased with the quality of the windows.

"AMAZING! We called this company due to their national recognition from Angie's List and good reviews. We picked George's Painting because of how they treated us and their responsiveness. When looking for a painter, we sought out three different companies and got quotes for them. One competitor couldn't make it to the quote (twice). Another competitor was very professional and within the ballpark, but the timelines didn't work out for us. We called Tony on a Friday and he booked us for a free estimate the very next day. He arrived on time and gave us a concise quote for Sherwin Williams Paint throughout the house (minus two guest bedrooms and our boys room). He volunteered caulking our stairway trim that separated from settling and threw in an accent wall for my son's room. The pricing was very reasonable and we were very impressed by how professional, courteous and non-pressuring Tony was. We called moments after the visit to book the painter and they were very flexible in scheduling. A week from the quote they came in to do the work (they were available to paint two days after the quote, but our personal situation limited our availability). The work performed by George's was very impressive for two reason's: quality and efficiency. Tony and his crew arrived promptly at 7am and the 6-8 member team immediately got work. By 8 am, the crew removed all of our furniture and wall hangings from the walls, covered everything with plastic/tarps and had half of my family room painted with the first coat of paint. By 10 or so most of the first coat was completed. By 2pm the crew finished two coats of paint throughout the entire house. Their efficiency did not compromise quality. The edges are nice and smooth. They spent time touching up minor trim imperfections, and putting back light fixtures nicely. They were very clean and polite. They also went above and beyond in accommodating us. At the last minute we asked if they could paint my boys entire room (the accent looked really good) and Tony sent out a painter a day or so later to perform the extra work. We are grateful for our experience (a friend of ours is three weeks into getting their house painted) and we will enjoy our new interior for years to come. Thank you!
