Having now worked with Raul, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. His labor costs are very reasonable. He demonstrated excellent work ethics. Once the job started, he worked to finish it. There were a few hiccups beyond our control that caused delays and while I freaked out some, he remained calm, flexible, and focused on solutions that kept the work flowing. As the work did progress, I asked for additional upgrades that were not part of the original job estimate. To which he seamlessly agreed to. He also offered a few suggestions which I agreed to and I'm so glad I did. The quality of work is excellent. He was helpful throughout the entire process. "Original consultation was smooth and reasonably professional for a working remodeler.  Performed work as agreed upon.  The problem is his ongoing inattentiveness to the job; disappearing for days at a time.  He finished the work, but it was supposed to take 1 month and it took 21/2 months.  I had to threaten him.  He has tendancy to always ask for money other than what originally agreed  upon.
