"We had a good roofer. They did a good job. They were easy to work with. The cost was reasonable. They cleaned up every day. They were very conscientious about making sure the roof was covered every night. It took about 7 days. There was other work they did for us in addition to the roof. It was a very big roof. It is a ranch house and the builder had area as 3600 sq feet so it's a pretty good size roof. We had 2 choices for shingles. We went with a 3 dimensional shingle. It sticks out a little bit. They had a couple days of rain that they couldn't come out but that wasn't their fault. The owner, Roger Brank and his wife Sarah were very professional."

The mfgr shipped new ones the next day and KLA came back the next morning and completed the ob at the quoted price. We used them in the past. We will use them again."

When workers discovered decades-old termite, carpenter ant and water damage to outside wall, Sam offered options on how to solve problem according to costs.  The workers were polite and trustworthy.  I had no problem leaving them at home alone so I could do work.  A three-day project became a two-week problem.  Handyman for Hire worked every day (except Thanksgiving) until the work was done to my satisfaction.  I have to repair the upstairs to my duplex in the spring.  I will have Handyman for Hire do the work. They are dependable and worth every penny. <br />"
