My only concern is the amount of time that it took to do the job, from 45 min to 1 hour per shelf. His rate is $40 per hour and i think it is fair, but i wished he was a bit more expedited. He offers discounts if customer does not think the final price is fair... I guess this happens especially if it is a job that requires many hours. He spent two full days in my house.... Only half the shelves are installed. Two shelves he installed were not leveled so he had to redo them and did not fix the holes on the walls... But he was going to come back, so i didnt think it was a big deal. I communicated to him my concern around the amount of time that he takes, both for the money and my own time! since i need to take days off of work to be at home to do this work...and he was willing to work with me, and we reached an agreement. Minutes later, he contacted me to complain that a bank, different than my bank, didnt want to cash my second check for him, and that having to go to a check cashing store was a game changer for him. I asked how much was the fee, but he never told me. I didnt know how to help him and didnt understand exactly where he was going with that sudden complain. The truth is that i have been with the same bank for 20 years and this is the first time that soemone complains about not being able to cash a check. He should have gone to a Space Coast Credit Union branch, there are 8 in Broward County. This is unrelated to the actual service he provides, but certainly, it is an aggravation and given that i am not satisfied with the speed or price for his work, then i decided to cancel the appointments we had set for next week.

He not only did a beautiful job on the roof, he also cleaned around the front porch. He covered my garage lights and my skylight at my request. He was very neat and put the hose back as he had found it in the back yard. One of my neighbors came over while he was here to inquire about him cleaning his roof and his roof was recently cleaned. "I hired Art Remodeling to replace the shower and toilet in my master bath. David, the project manager, made himself available from day 1, answering every question, responding to every text and phone call, helping me with choices and decisions, and diligently checking on the work in progress. The workers have been amazing, arriving on time, doing a great job, and cleaning up before they left. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. They were all great, but I was particularly impressed with the men who worked on the tile. Jay and Eric were both hard-working and extremely competent, kindly answering questions and providing explanations. They worked long hours to complete the job and do it well. "I had at least 8 estimates before choosing Bluewater Pools. When I first met with Kevin, he was straight forward with no BS, we were quickly on the same page and he knew exactly what I wanted without having to go to a showroom or look through an overwhelming amount of material/folders. His price quote was affordable, not over the top and didn't try and sell me on things I didn't need. They started on time, and each crew that came out were hardworking and professional. Whenever I had a question and texted Kevin, he called me right back. The payment plan that was set up was accommodating and worked well for us. The warranty offered was better than any other company. We couldn't be happier with our new pool!! "I recently moved into a new apartment (the first I've ever had solely for myself) and although the maintenance in my building had cleaned the place, I decided to do my own deep cleaning for peace of mind.  When I pulled out the refrigerator, I was horrified to find a mass of brown gunk with dead roaches in it caking the corners of the floor and along the back wall.  Paranoid, I pulled out the stove and found the same thing.  Trying to decipher the extent of the mess, I opened all the cabinets and kitchen drawers and found black stuff that looked like coffee grounds sprinkled in the corners and covering the metal runners on the drawers.  This stuff was also in the bathroom cabinet.  Bottom line: roach feces.  I immediately called management to complain about the state of the apartment (and felt like an idiot for not doing a more thorough walk-through before renting), but decided to check Angie's List for a professional cleaning company.  I found Jay on Devine Cleaning and decided to give her a call.  I could not have made a better choice.  Jay was kind and courteous over the phone and on time (which is a lot considering I scheduled her for 8AM).  She took the time to ask what I wanted done specifically and gave me options for what cleaners I preferred (I own a pet bird, so I needed something eco-friendly).  She showed me each individual cleaner she was going to use, her method for mopping (which prevents spreading one person's dust to another location), and was THOROUGH AS HECK when it came to the cleaning.  When I returned, 99% of the "coffee grounds" were no longer visible (and I only say 99% because she would have needed to be Thumbelina to reach some of the spaces).  I'm also very meticulous and the kind of person who likes to look at every single little thing when it comes to cleaning, but I only had to point out two-things (both of which into fell in the "Thumbelina" category).  Overall, I will be hiring Jay again for my next move and highly recommend her services to you guys here on Angie's List.  A++++
