"I can't say enough good things about this company.  I was not able to make the kitchen larger, but I wanted more cabinet space and counter,  Jeff had great ideas about how to accomplish this. He is very knowledgeable.  He designed  a new layout that included moving the sink from the corner to under the window.  This gave more useful counter space between the stove and sink.  He gave me great advice about quality cabinets,sink and granite counter top. The linoleum floor was replaced with porcelain tile.  Ugly florescent lighting was replaced with recessed lights and a fan.  The crew did a great job installing everything.  They are meticulous workers. I am very happy with the kitchen.  It's beautiful!  I highly recommend this company."

"We had a massive leak in the shower of the guest bathroom. Since plumbing was one of the systems covered by our warranty with choice, I went on-line and filed a claim. I git an immediate response assigning me a claim number for reference and later that day received an appointment notice....GREAT customer service. The plumber arrived, at the time specified, and was immediately able to pin point the problem. (a defective shower cartridge) I have used Choice Home Warranty multiple times as my home ages and they pay for the replacement parts if needed. My "deductible" is a $45 fixed rate for the service call, no matter how long, or complicated the repair is. I absolutely am delighted with the customer service, fast response, low cost of a service visit, and NO surprises, or "fine print" excuses regarding coverage. They provide a list, in writing, of what is covered and what is not and do not deviate so I make sure my problem is on the list before filing a claim."

"I had originally received the $49 special to do whole house electrical inspection.  I had been having trouble with several sockets and lights not working, plus my brother had gotten a bad shock when opening the refrigerator door.  It turned out my electrical panel had been mounted incorrectly and was behind a water pipe, as well as water from outside was going into the cables and coming into the box.  They remounted and replaced the whole box and cables from outside in, and relabeled it.  Put 2 GFCI sockets in laundry room, and replaced the frayed wiring under my refrigerator.  The initial estimate was $1,850 but then I opted for the additional grounding system for about  $250.00, and had them change out my kithcen ceiling fan, and stove overhead exhaust light and fan and a few other little things making my total about $2,500.  The 2 workers came and were very polite and respectful, explaining everything they did or suggestions of what to do.  It took about 1/2 a day

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Amazing! Spidy woman plumbing did such a great job in our new.house, I couldn't reccommed them more highly! They were incredibly punctual with every issue presents, respectful and cleanly in my not so cleanly house and kept everything professional. Al had to go through the sheetrock in one of my closest to access a pipe where the sink needed to drain, and when he got through the sheetrock he still couldn't gain access to that pipe so he quickly came up with another solution to blow our pipes with a garden hose which did the trick no problem! Dawn came to assess the situation the day before and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. All and all 10/10 and would / will use them again in the future for any of our plumbing / heating related needs!!!! Also, incredibly affordable and are homeowners themselves so are incredibly respectful. Can't say enough good things about this wonderful company! Thanks again, The Slauenwhite's"
