"I needed my hot water heater replaced. I had rusty water for 3wks. I called 2 plumbers who basically blew me off, 1 that wouldn't come out till I knew the size of the tank and if it was electric or gas(I have no clue about those things) and nobody would do the work on a weekend, I can not miss work. I searched Angie's List and they recommended Safeway Heating. I called on a Friday late afternoon. I explained to the lady I knew nothing about size or anything just that it needed to be replaced and my work schedule. She totally understood and was so nice. The guys were at my house within an hour! The work was done the next day on a SATURDAY! I now have clean and clear water and didn't have to miss work. Lou and Larry even cleaned the one section of my basement and had all the trash bagged up for me. I'm impressed. These guys know what their doing. "Amazing! Spidy woman plumbing did such a great job in our new.house, I couldn't reccommed them more highly! They were incredibly punctual with every issue presents, respectful and cleanly in my not so cleanly house and kept everything professional. Al had to go through the sheetrock in one of my closest to access a pipe where the sink needed to drain, and when he got through the sheetrock he still couldn't gain access to that pipe so he quickly came up with another solution to blow our pipes with a garden hose which did the trick no problem! Dawn came to assess the situation the day before and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. All and all 10/10 and would / will use them again in the future for any of our plumbing / heating related needs!!!! "Works services estimator came out on a Monday.  He inspected the job, told us exactly what would be done and how.  He did not use any pressure tactics.  He was knowledgeable and offered good advice.   We decided to go ahead with the job.  Two electricians came out the very next morning -on time and ready to work.  They spent the entire day running the new line, replacing the old electrical boxes and making sure to label all of the circuits correctly.  We couldn't have asked for a more professional experience.  Thanks, Works!
