The result was that the repair was less costly (by nearly a thousand dollars!) and was performed more quickly than estimated. With a major storm forecast, I was frankly surprised the team showed up, but I was glad they did and I am thrilled at the result. The owner is in my cellphone, and when I have had problems in the past, a text message is quickly answered and the job scheduled in a week or two. Great service!!!!"
