"The service technical arrived on time, actually a little before the agreed upon time, and he was very professional, Dressed very neatly, and he was extremely informative as to what my issue was and how he could repair the issue.  He went over the electrical panel and the outside of my home and gave me estimates to repair, add surge protectors and left the decision as to how I wanted to proceed with the service.  Of course, I decided to have the outside repairs done to the lines coming into my home, but then he gave me a choice as to surge protection for my home, two different prices.  He said I could choose to just to do the repairs to the lines coming into my home, or add one of two surge protectors to my box inside.  No pressure whatsoever.  I choose to do the surge protectors with the 10 year warranty.  I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work.

"Jay did a great job, and we were very satisfied with the work. Based on that, we got a quote for some interior painting as well. The team that came out to do the painting did a good job, and Jay called afterwards to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. During the walkthrough for the estimate, we also mentioned that we had a small problem with the soapdish holder in the tile backsplash of our bathtub, and asked for his opinion. He has one contractor who is good at these kinds of jobs, and included a quote for that work as well, which was quite reasonable. He was able to make the repair at the same time as the other work was being done, and allowed us to use that bathtub again! I would recommend Jay and his crew for any painting or repair needs that they can provide."

"It was such an amazing and pain free experience and I am not kidding.  Not knowing anything technical related to electrical, I relied upon reviews to make my decision as to who I was going to use for some electrical panel and outlet repairs. Smart decision!! Rich (owner) was amazingly nice when coming out for the estimate and extremely honest about what needed to be done to fix the issues. He did tell me about different options, some which were pretty pricey. However, he led more towards repairs that were less expensive, yet still just as safe and effective. His son did the actual repairs along with a co-worker and were such a nice guys. They  did the work quickly and thoroughly and were extremely professional, yet very personable and fun to have around. During the work completion, they determined that our outlets were loose and could use spacers to prevent appliances from pulling out of the wall and that our refrigerator needs to be put on an isolated circuit. We were quoted for the additional work at the time it was discovered and was provided a very reasonable estimate to complete it. As soon as I am back from visiting family, we will schedule those repairs as well. "
