"After using Home Advisor to request a plumber to repair a rusted and broken bathtub popup plug (which I couldn't remove and replace myself), I was contacted on a Sunday by Allens Plumbing to obtain information on the needed repair and the terms of their service ($50 fee if the technician drove out and we declined the estimated cost; otherwise, this fee is waived if the repair is done by Allen's). A next day appointment was scheduled and a dispatcher called prior to their arrival on Monday.
