Besides being professional, personable, knowledgeable and hard working, you have got to check out Mel's van. He stocks the most tools, gadgets and supplies I have ever seen. Mel's brother Dave helps on jobs. Dave is very efficient and provides lots of valuable advice. Dave helped with a lot of complicated electrical work and he worked overtime to get it done. I was impressed at how hard working these brothers are. <br /> <br /> Mel was given the tough tasks of rebuilding a kitchen cabinet sink base to fit an ultra heavy / high-end farm apron sink. It was a retrofit of cabinets I cannot order more of and he made ever cut with precision. The final product looks like it came from the factory. If any of you buy a farm sink, you will understand how difficult it is to install and appreciate Mel's expertise. It is very rare to find such good men and you bet they are helping me with more renovation projects on my fixer upper. <br /> <br /> Hospitality tip: They like Top 40's Country Music, "Ice Sparkling Zero Calorie" beverage drinks, L & L BBQ, Panda and other hearty fast food meals. I also have a fan and AC where they work to make it more comfortable."

"My wife and I hired All Build to gut renovate our old kitchen and bath, put in new flooring, lighting, ceilings and a big new picture window. This included knocking down a wall, and demolishing the ancient flooring, ceiling and bath plumbing. <br /> As first-time homeowners, we were pretty nervous and especially since our house was over 60 years old and not sure what surprises we'd find. <br /> The only surprise was that there were no surprises! <br /> First of all, James was super patient with my wife and I as we worked through what work we wanted to do and could afford.
