"The estimator arrived on time, ground termite prevention crew arrived on time, tenting crew arrived on time. All services performed at the agreed price, work done as promised, no damages, no surprises. No signs of termites since treatment. We would definitely consider using again. They were completely professional.
We have been told that now and then burglars are dumb enough to enter tented houses, although that has apparently not happened recently. We decided to camp in our front yard for security, to cut costs, and so that we would not have to board our cats. The cats had their own tent, with litter box, water, food, and familiar things, but they still freaked. Even though I stayed in the tent with them at almost all times, they were so upset at the change from house to tent that they refused to eat or drink- extremely dangerous for cats. Fortunately we had kitty tranquilizers from the vet and gave each a dose which improved things a lot. We were really lucky we had the tranquilizers on hand in case of hurricanes.
