David was the only one who committed to meeting our aggressive schedule. He was honest with me that this would be his new company’s first job. I was a bit anxious, but decided to take a chance because I was impressed by his diligence during his on-site inspection. David acted as the general contractor, hiring engineers, electrician, crane operators, etc. His operation was flawless despite several unforeseen challenges, which he spent extra time and energy resolving himself. He even took extra work not included in original agreement staying late to finish them after his team had gone home. Even after the job was finished and paid for, he provided a detailed report with recommendations for other concerns he noticed on our rooftop. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
