"Saturday night the drain clogged. I️ put 25’ snake down with no success. Called them 9am Sunday morning, arrived around 11. All other plumbers had no Sunday availability or would be way later in afternoon. Oleg arrived, very quickly assessed situation and got industrial snake. Took about 45 minutes (and about 35’ of snake) so clean clog. After he flushed out garbage disposal and gave some maintenance tips. Had been quoted $99 to $115 and ended up at $105. Gave my kids pens when leaving which they thought was very cool. Quick, clean, reasonable price, polite. Not much else you can ask for."

When he took my case, I knew I can put my plumbing problem behind my back because he is that good. He thoroughly examed the pipe under the shower pan and found the problem was incorrect caulking of the shower fixtures. He showed me how to fix the problem by myself. So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them. I do not know what they do now, but it is a really nice service because they are a very good company. They did a great job."

Unfortunately i need to update my review. 

The initial installation went very well. Matt was a pleasure to work with and took the time to explain everything to me. There were some bumps, like he ordered the wrong item for the screenlogic (iPhone remote access), but overall the install went fine. He even cleaned the filters and fixed my lighting at no extra charge. 

The problems started to occur post installation. The Screenlogic stopped working and after several attempts and more effort then i would have liked to get him out he called the Pentair support team. They were fantastic and fixed the issue which turned out to be a firmware issue with the Pentair hardware Not something Matt could have fixed but it took a while to get the right people out. 

Next, two leaks developed in the new piping. I eventually got him to come out and he fixed one but his attempt to fix the second (intake to the new pump) he sprayed a bunch of yellow foam all over and beside making a mess it did very little. 

The final issue was probably the biggest. I finally had the solar pool people come out b/c my solar was NOT getting anywhere near temp. After looking at it the solar person realized the temperature sensor was connected to read the water coming down instead of going up to the roof, so it always thought it  was near temp and kept turning on and off. Instead of trying to get Matt back out i just paid the solar company to fix it. 

And for the leak going into the pump i finally fixed it myself with some silicone. 

I like Matt personally and things got off well, but given what's happened since and the challenges in getting him back out i'll likely look elsewhere in the future."

"Contacted the company through Angie's List and promptly received a telephone call. I had a laundry list of 14 minor home repairs, and the person I spoke with listened to the first six or so and set up an appointment for 10:30 - 11:30 the following Monday. The work was subbed out to another contractor, who arrived around 9:45 a.m. (That was fine with me.) Here's my list and the work performed:
New caulk for bathtub in second bathroom - caulking done around the edge of tub, but not where tub meets floor
New caulk for master bedroom shower and toilet - caulking done around the edge of shower, but not where shower enclosure meets floor
Replace door knob into gargage - completed
Replace door knob into laundry room - completed
Fix weather stripping at bottom of front door - completed
Fix master bedroom closet door - not completed because contractor didn't have planer
Fix light fixture in the hallway - Said completed, but not completed (Light fixture was cleaned but not fixed)
Fix leak in master shower - completed
Fix smoke detector in hallway - completed
Affix dishwasher housing to cabinetry - completed
Fix second bedroom closet door - Said completed, but not completed (he smacked it so it got back on its track, but there's still a problem because the door won't roll smoothly)
Fix freezer door handle - Not completed, but he gave me the number of an appliance repair person he recommended
Rewire vintage lamp - Not completed; he said it wasn't necessary
Fix sliding glass door lock - Said completed, but not completed (I ultimately had the lock replaced by another provider)
The person who performed the work was friendly, competent, and quick. I wish that all of the items on my list had been completed, but am happy with the work that was done.

"C.F. Services [Creig Fitzgerald] called and asked if he could arrive earlier than our scheduled appointment, which was okay with us. Creig works well with the elderly, understands what is asked of him and is varied in his skills, (he did electrical and carpentry work for us). He is a friendly young man who is quick and professional. We are glad we found him, we'll be using C.F. Services [Creigh Fitzgerald] in the future as there are so many things that need to be done around the house that do not require contractors licenses. I would recommend you give the C.F.
