"Saturday night the drain clogged. I️ put 25’ snake down with no success. Called them 9am Sunday morning, arrived around 11. All other plumbers had no Sunday availability or would be way later in afternoon. Oleg arrived, very quickly assessed situation and got industrial snake. Took about 45 minutes (and about 35’ of snake) so clean clog. After he flushed out garbage disposal and gave some maintenance tips. Had been quoted $99 to $115 and ended up at $105. Gave my kids pens when leaving which they thought was very cool. Quick, clean, reasonable price, polite. Not much else you can ask for."

He was fast, and efficient and is an excellent communicator. He answered all of my questions and provided options, and the recommended fix. I couldn't be happier with his work! Very happy with the price of repairs as well! Express Sewer and Drains pricing is half of the cost of the area's larger Plumbing service estimate. Icing on the cake is that when I told Armando that we had low water pressure in our Master Bathroom, he suggested a couple of things to check. We thought we were looking at needing to re-plumb the pipes into the Master Bath. I did what he suggested and like magic, we have restored water pressure without needing an expensive repair! When he took my case, I knew I can put my plumbing problem behind my back because he is that good. "I had two areas of concern: installed new worklights in the garage and replacing electric switches and outlets.  Jerry did a great job taking care of the needed work.  He was friendly, chatty, but stayed on task and finished the necessary assignments. 
I also had a dry rot problem; Jerry showed up early, with another worker to assist and got right to work.  He tore down (?) the infected areas, replaced the plywood, a good number of slats, and repaired the base of a support column.  He was sure to do all the finish work (caulking) and sealing where needed.  
After he finished, my only 'job' was to apply primer and then paint the new areas.  It turned out looking really good.  I was impressed with the way Jerry got to work, cleaned up when finished, and checked the work he had done to see if it was all to my safisfaction.  It was.
 I did think that the work done indoors (the electric work) was a bit high, but then Jerry charged less than expected for the outside work, thus sorta evening out the amount paid.  
Overall, I was well pleased and would not hesitate to use Jerry's services again.
