He came by and diagnosed my problem without charging a service fee. He was very thorough and was not in a rush. His price was fair. He gave his professional opinion and did not try to "sell" me products that were not needed when I inquired about a water softener for my house. Great guys both him and his partner. I told them and sent them pictures. They acknowledged and were very sorry. In return, they sent me 2 filters as replacements, one for the faulty one and one because it was their fault.
