"Joyce Cooling and Heating installed a new high-efficiency Lennox furnace and air conditioner. The installation looks great and was professionally completed. The furnace is working fantastic and is so quiet we can't even hear it running. We are warm and comfortable all the time and the new high-efficiency design should save us money for many years to come. The technicians answered all of my numerous questions."

"Always happy with the service. I recently had my thermostat upgraded by Jason S. In service, and couldn’t be more happier with his expertise, and dedication!"

"I posted I needed a window AC unit removed and this company was the only one to respond. The owners wife responded with in an hour, told me they would be at my house 3 days later. I responded, can you give me an estimate of how much it would cost. She responded, sir there is no charge, we just like helping out the community. I was shocked. Being on a fixed income. Craig arrived, removed the AC, and I started asking questions about mini split systems. He was here at least an hour explaining how they worked and my options. I have now ordered my new AC slash heatpump, to be installed. There was no pressure, just me asking questions and I loved what he had to say. Perfect gentleman."

"Very responsive communicators, helpful with advice, seemed to have my best interests in mind. Installers were very courteous, friendly, efficient, and cleaned up beautifully - explained equipment and coordinated well with other contractors involved. Definitely recommend."

"Christian was very knowledgeable about our water heater and explained everything as he went along testing different issues that might be causing the problem. He was professional and gave me several helpful tips on upkeep of my Rinnai that 2 other companies that had serviced the unit over the years had not bothered to mention. i absolutely would recommend Walley to anyone needing HVAC work."

"Great! Owner was the one providing service - prompt arrival, quick getting the appointment (next day; I wasn't in a rush). Took care of the problem quickly and at very reasonable price. I've had this work done by another firm (rhymes with Toto Tooters) about 8 years ago and this was nearly half the cost!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"This is my 3rd service call completed by Peterson Plumbing.  The bearings on my disposer were going, making a nasty noise.

I bought a replacement unit and had Paterson replace it.  the job was done properly and promptly and for a price that makes doing it yourself a thing of the past.  He cleaned up and left the place the way he found it.

Thus another job by Peterson was completed."

"Sam responded immediately and came out on a Saturday to give us a free quote following our home inspection. After the inspection, we received an emailed quote the following business day. When we purchased our home, Sam's team came out and performed excellent work. They were in and out in two days with no mess left behind - even though one of the days it was pouring rain. The team was careful to protect the floors and windows of our almost 200 year old home. The job came in under the quoted price, and even though it ended up being a little more work than anticipated, Sam honored his initial quoted price. They took care of all legal requirements and permits, and the quote included 3rd party air testing which they scheduled and conducted seamlessly on the second day of the job. Highly recommend Sam and the team at Dudley Services. Thanks! Amy & Seth"
