"Bob went straight to the point and had a pricing structure that made sense to me and was clear. 1 other contractor would bill me per worker per day plus materials and could not tell me how long it would take making it impossible for me to know what the project would cost me. Another would bill me a lump sum with no breakdown so no clarity on what I would be paying for. A cost per installed slate was right in between and transparent. Bob and team arrived on time, completed the work promptly, shared pictures of the damaged slate tiles to be replaced, installed new rubber boots around all pipes, and cleaned up the work area. It rained shortly after and there were no more leaks if the attic area where I spotted them before. So far, so good and only have good things to say. Should there be new developments regarding this project, I will make sure to update those review. As of now, I would recommend Bob and his team for this type of project."

His crew showed up on time (or before!) every day. They were very hardworking, pleasant and friendly. And the work they did was A+. Great attention to detail and even showed up on a Saturday to complete some work the weather interrupted the day before. And throughout it all, they kept the area neat and clean. "I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. They gave us a date in July for Installation. They arrived in May."
