We were one of his first solo projects & the estimate was a lot lower than the final cost. (Some of that was related to surprises in the house once we got further into walls etc & due to additional things my partner added to the project.) A more accurate assessment of cost upfront would have been helpful to us. But another big strength is Seanâ s fairnessâ when we had more problems in the house than initially suspected & along the way when stuff got added, he charged us in a way that felt respectful to all . We would hire him again & recommend him to our friends & family!"
