"The water drains were backed up throughout the house. I called McKenzie Plumbing in the morning. They said they were booked solid but would fit me in that same day. Late that afternoon their service technician (Sven) came. He located the main clean-out connection just outside the house. After only a few minutes he was able to pressure out the pipe leading to the main sewer line at the road. This unclogged the drain and the sewer was flowing freely. However, three days later the sewer backed up again. This time Sven came out within two hours. He put a pluming snake down the clean-out this time but could not clear the line. He then checked the clean-out connection at the road and found the main PWC sewer line was blocked. Sven called PWC and they came within an hour and worked for 4 hours to clear the clog. Throughout the whole process McKenzie Plumbing and Sven treated me like they put the customer first. I highly recommend their services."

In a process that took over a year for me to concede that it was truly time to replace our old unit, ductwork and all, I began using this company to service the old unit and another, downstairs unit. Plus, these are some of the nicest folks that I've ever done business with. Superb, and highly professional. All of them. The unit itself is very, very quiet when it runs. Outside, it sits on a sturdy base, and I never hear it when it comes on. The bottom line is that there is a reason that this company sits atop the Angie's List rankings with overwhelming numbers of folks who are satisfied customers. Lastly, I thank Mr. Deese for setting everything up - and I thank the installers Eric, Tony, and Edgar for a job well done. Much appreciation! "I highly recommend McKenzie Plumbing. We called to get an estimate for our new home we had just moved into to get sewage line tapped into the city line. Since we were fairly new to the area we decided to use the home advisor to find plumbing company who can do the job. We were matched with McKenzie plumbing and spoke with Sven. He offered to come the next day to give an estimate but because I had a conflict with the schedule he was flexible and showed up at my door within a hour. We had a few questions regarding PWC to find out about the balance that was left to pay but Sven already knew exactly what kind of process needs to be taken to get the job done with the city. He advised that we take care of the balance, call him back to get the job started. We actually had another plumbing company lined up to give us an estimate the next day but we cancelled the right away and decided to go with McKenzie on site. Sven kept us updated with the process (when the balance was clear with PWC, when gas line would be assessed, etc) and then showed up at 8 am on the promised date and got all the job done by 4 pm. The crew showed up to do the job and they were great! They knew exactly what to do and the inspector from PWC showed up in the afternoon then the crew started to finish up the job. Sven and his crew were expert in doing the job and were very professional. He completed the job as expected and I was able to make payment easily over the phone with the company to complete the order. I was not able to be on the site the job was being done and Sven even gave me a phone call personally to keep me updated with the job on site. I highly, highly recommend this company especially for anyone looking to connect septic to city tap. Very professional, knowledgable, expert, trustworthy and best customer service as well."
