Showed me the line once it was clean as well, no roots left. He advised me of my options, how I can treat the line for roots with a foaming root killer and optionally invest in a new line to rid of the problem altogether.  James was a pleasure to have, very polite, down to earth. Talked to my kids about chess and TV shows while working, very patient. left the place very clean when work was completed.
