He Fred Cole and F&C Contracting takes there time (a 4 month job is now 9 months and still not done). He and his team did not build per the architect's drawings. The concrete floor has already cracked and the framing fails inspection. In addition my yard looks like a big mess. Now he want's more money and professes I changed the plan, which I did not. "
