I called for help two days ago when our garage door was acutely not opening or closing properly. An appointment slot was given me within two days of my call. Technician Rich Netto arrived when expected. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He was clear in letting me know what needed to be done- including the replacement of a coil which had broken- other adjustments were done and moving parts of garage door wearing down were replaced.
