"We used Mitchell and his team to redo and redesign a large front flower bed. It turned out so great that we also had him install sod, trees and do a full irrigation system for us. Mitchell is professional, creative with his ideas and has fair pricing. We are so pleased with his everything turned out and would highly recommend Mitchell and his team!!"

"d.Very informative, walked me through how to use system which was previously installed and gave recommendations based on location of heads and how often to run different cycles. Replaced a few heads/nozzles which were damaged and moved one which had been placed too close to house (was damaging window sill and not effectively watering shrubs) by another company. Highly recommend. <br />"

"Billing and communication is major issue with this lawn care provider. I was a loyal auto-billed customer for over 3 years, in October 2024 my current credit card expired, All-State performed lawn treatments in both December and January without reaching prior to providing services to my home. Weed spraying services were always substandard to me in comparison to other service providers I have used for my homes. I had (1) year that the lawn look really good and just simply forgot to discontinue there services a long time ago, since I am not in Memphis very much anymore. Long story short, I receive a call from a collection company who was hired to collect the debt, when I heard the amount of the collection I stated I would discuss the charges with actual company. The amount for 2 lawn treatments is: $114, I was being billed for over $170 stating finance charges (my lawn care is not financed) and late charges, which I was never informed of any late charges. I was told that I received emails in February (this is May) which I was able to locate and could not open links of bills due to link had expired. Company is not willing to accept payment for services rendered $114, cannot provide any paperwork provided to me of company late charge policies and cannot access any billing due to links have expired. I believe the responsibility of this error lies with both myself and All-State Pest Control. They did not have updated billing, performed services not once but twice without a way to collect funds and then want to add fees in excess of $60. Bad business practices for loyal customer who had a lawn that looked good for 1 year and did not cancel services due to being forgetful. Be thankful you kept a customer much longer than normal with substandard lawn care."

"When I discovered Green Earth Landscaping this was my lucky day! Andrew and Will have remedied several major issues at my home. The first area had major erosion that was annually removing several feet of our backyard into a natural watershed area. After building up the embankment, resodding the ground, and planting several lovely flowering trees, our backyard looks like it will last for a long time. Andrew also designed a new palette of plants that enhances the appearance of the front of our house. He planted a variety of flowers and foliage trees with contrasting colors and leaf textures which provide an unusual and beautiful setting. The team that did all of the work was fantastic and everything looked perfect when they had finished. What impressed me the most was not just their expertise and knowledge, but how much the people at Green Earth love what they are doing. This is a first-rate company. My recommendation: Don’t hesitate, just call them!"

"I needed a lot of work done when my water heater expired after 24 years (it was rated for 5), so I knew it might be costly. I paid $400 less from Stewart Plumbing than the estimate I got from one of their main competitors. Cole also started the job immediately and had it finished by the late afternoon. He was great, professional, and very skilled. I love my new water heater which is much more advanced than my old one. I'm very pleased with the service I got and I would definitely recommend Cole and Stewart plumbing,"

FAQs for lawn and garden sprinkler system installation projects in Horn Lake, MS

While drip irrigation systems have higher upfront costs, they can save you money in the long run. By delivering water directly into the soil with minimal evaporation and runoff, drip irrigation systems conserve water and improve efficiency. This means better performance and results for your landscaping, and cost savings over the system's lifespan.

Yes, irrigation systems can add value to your home, especially when installed with high-quality materials and a solid design. A well-irrigated landscape enhances curb appeal and can attract potential buyers. However, poor design or installation may reduce performance and even decrease your property's value. Hiring an expert for installation and performing regular maintenance is key to securing the long-term benefits.

A local irrigation professional can help you check your drip irrigation system to make sure it's in good shape. You'll want to make sure the water pressure is in a good range, repair any leaks as soon as possible, and cover the cost to winterize your sprinkler system as recommended by your irrigation contractor.

A drip irrigation system lasts between 10 and 15 years. This lifespan is determined by the quality of materials, the precision of installation, and regular professional maintenance. Unlike traditional sprinkler systems that can last up to 50 years, the thinner piping used in drip systems is more sensitive to UV exposure and environmental wear. Proper upkeep and timely repairs enhance durability and ensure consistent irrigation performance.

Drip irrigation is best suited for plant beds, containers, greenhouses, and row crops. It supplies water directly to individual plants, ensuring precise moisture control where it is needed most. For areas with simple layouts, above-ground systems work efficiently, while subsurface installations may be cost-prohibitive in spaces with extensive tree roots or irregular terrain. Proper planning maximizes the benefits of drip irrigation across a variety of applications.
