"We hired DDK Construction to build a 16ft x 32ft second-floor deck for our home, and we're very pleased with the results. One of the standout aspects of working with DDK was their handling of the permitting and paperwork with the city, which made the process much smoother for us. The deck itself is solid and well-built. We especially appreciated their straightforward approach to costs—we paid them for labor only, and we purchased the materials ourselves based on their recommendations. This transparent method meant no markup on materials, and we had the freedom to choose exactly what we wanted. While the project took longer than initially expected due to some delays with the city of Asheville and DDK Construction's other commitments, we were kept informed throughout. The quality of the work was worth the wait. A special mention to Gerry, who provided some excellent suggestions that enhanced both the beauty and functionality of our deck. His insights were invaluable, and we're very happy with how everything turned out. Overall, we highly recommend DDK Construction for their professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and honesty in pricing. We extremely satisfied with our new deck."

"Put a deposit on 6/11/24 work was to start 6/25/24. He sent Ken out 6/26/24. Ken was a very nice and knowledgeable person with what needed to be done. Found out on 6/27 that putting the shower doors was not included, didn't quiet understand why it wasn't included Ken remove the shower doors We just assumed that he would install them back. Got a call from Chris saying that it was going to cost $300 extra dollars to install back the doors but he would give us a break and only charge $150. Still didn't understand it but wasn't in the mood to argue, they took down to shower heads and my handicap bars and replace them without an extra charge. So by my experience make sure every thing is in the contract Don't assume anything. 4 days later after the job was finished found out Ken did not put the screws back in the shower faucet or put the tracks on the shower doors. He done a good job just not completely happy with the small things."

"Brent of K&B Property Maintenance was very professional. He didn't complain or charge me extra because he had to drive a bit to get to my home. He quickly provided an estimate, answered all my questions, altered the job per my request without attitude, and promptly had his team at my house at the agreed start date and time. He arrived with his team, they expertly completed the remodeling while respecting me and my home. Brent's team worked together like a well-oiled machine. They politely answered my questions as they worked and did not mind me watching them. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. I will definitely hire them again. They are a great group of very professional and skilled men."

"Summit Home Improvement is by far the best home repair company we have ever worked with. The skill and quality of their workmanship is top notch. We had two decks replaced, several doors & a new panoramic kitchen window installed, exterior wood moisture damage corrected, and gutter guards installed. The owner, David, listened to our needs and provided a detailed quote up front. Summitâ s price was good, considering the amount of repairs we were needing. While the work was being done, David provided terrific communications on progress and findings. Always on time, which is a rarity these days, we could just about set a watch by their arrival. Extremely polite, honest, and the quality of their workmanship is exceptional, right down to the finishing touches. And when the day was finished, they cleaned up everything. Not one scrap or nail was found in the yard after they left, which is a concern when you have dogs. Summit Home Improvement really is the best!"

"Very friendly and professional. I ended up not building a deck but at no fault to Mr. Hammond. Would recommend and consider for other projects."

"I hired Dylan to build a brand new bathroom from scratch in my warehouse in South Florida. He also installed an ADA water fountain, a commercial sink and a commercial water heater at the same location. Fair pricing and efficient work. Would recommend."

"I was so fortunate to have found Michael Lyda! He responded and completed my LVP flooring installation within 5 days of our initial contact. He always responded immediately to my texts or calls and his work was excellent, fast, tidy and reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to hire Lyda for future projects. Michael, with co worker Scott are friendly, reliable AND professional."

"I posted an earlier review for front yard landscaping, but Benn also repaired and/or replaced several sections of wooden privacy fence. This included the removal and replacement of posts in concrete and re-leveling and aligning the old and new sections. Again, communication was perfect and the results were as expected. Benn is trustworthy, smart, respectful, and gets job started and completed as promised. Some people over-promise and under-deliver, but Iâ d say Benn does the opposite."

"Keith and his hard working crew did an excellent job replacing our deck and adding a ramp. The finished project is beautiful. The job was done on the schedule promised. I would have his crew here again for any up coming work needed and would recommend Keith and his crew to any who need work done."

"Did a very nice job building our new deck with roof and screen in porch. Would highly recommend"
