"When we are talking about wood floors, there is nobody better than Martinez. They have been doing the floors for our family for over 3 years now, and we all agree on the same: they are the best! The first time they did a job for us was when my mother hired them to restore old floors in our house in Miami; then after that my brother used them to install new floors in his townhouse in Doral, and now it’s my turn. We bought a house in Pinecrest and wanted to repair and refinish the wood floors that the house had. Like always, they were very nice when we called them to schedule an appointment. They came to give the estimate the same day in the afternoon, it was the only day I had available that week and I wanted to have everything done as soon as possible, so they did not mind to pass by really late in the afternoon. That says a lot about their professionalism and compromise with their customers. Just like we are used to, they took care of coordinating everything to start on the date that we agreed. It was nice to see familiar faces from previous experiences. Their installers are great and have been in the field for a long time, so you are really hiring an excellent company to do your floors. The work began with some repairs and by the time I realized, they were already sanding. We decided to darken the floors a little bit to give a more modern look to the house. They did a bunch of samples for us until we found the one we liked. Never got upset or impatient for the many times I changed my mind about the color. All I can say is that the floors look mind blowing, I never thought they were going to look so good because they were very old and mistreated. I am very grateful to Martinez Wood Floors because they saved us a lot money by restoring the floors. Our hardwood floors are absolutely beautiful! I also wanted to comment in their customer service, which is excellent, they are responsive and truthful with their answers and timing for customers. I honestly don’t imagine hiring another wood floor company to work in our house. Martinez Wood Floors is our favorite!"

"Our old unit quit working and the cost to repair was not worth reviving the antique we had.  We contacted Keys Mechanical and asked for a quote to replace the compressor unit and Jedi one of the principals informed us he would be right over to look at the situation.  He showed up an hour later and after a review of the equipment and layout returned to his office.  He called us in about an hour with the quote for a system to match the manufacturer of the air handler unit for system optimization, something the other vendors did not do.  The price was competitive with the other quotes and we gave him the job especially since he said he could get the new unit and install it the next day.  His crew showed up the next morning for installation.  All members of the crew were very professional and took care to not damage any part of the condo.  To complicate matters movers were also unloading furniture and personal belongings to the condo at the same time and were able to avoid any interference with the moving crew.  The job was completed in a workmanlike manner and to our satisfaction, especially when the AC was working again!

"Got the job done correctly. Also they were open and attentive to questions. Thought they were a bit inflexible with cost of project, initially quoting $1500 instead of $350 because chosen location for outlet was 10 feet instead of 5 feet from electric panel. I’m no expert but this seemed an unreasonable price difference for a few feet of cable. To resolve the issue I had them place the outlet closer to the panel."

"Brandon Bing and Steve Lorenz are owner-operators and I found both of them to be skilled in their trade, honest and hardworking The installation of the water heater and solar panels went well and any bumps were smoothed out. I am initially disappointed in the Solar array's electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. The Solar hot water heater is fantastic and has saved me about $60 per month off my electric bill. I would gladly recommend All American Solar for your solar panels or a solar hot water project and I would hire them again."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
