"Excellent ? the skills and knowledge are above and beyond. Reasonable price, stuck to the bid, even had a credit that's unheard of. Don and Jacob are honest, and have many years experience. The job (bathroom and laundry updated) turned out beautiful. Highly recommend for any home improvement or construction project."

I have been in the construction industry for over 15 years. I have spent the last 10 years primarily managing large multifamily, single family and hotel projects, both new build and remodels. I recently started this business and I am eager to connect to see how we can work together to make your project idea a reality. I am fully licensed and insured and can adapt to whatever requirements your project may have. \n

"I chose G&T Home Repairs after six bids (including three from Home Advisor). The cost to replace my deck and fence repair was extremely reasonable. But the reason I wholeheartedly would recommend G&T was the rave review my neighbor gave them. I could see the quality work G&T had done previously, my neighbor employed them several times previously and currently G&T is building an extension to their home. Gerardo and Jason are courteous, on-time, absolutely stuck to the estimate and finished the job on time. I plan to have G&T remodel my bathrooms. Gerardo, Theresa and Jason are terrific to work with, no one better."

"Smoothly. Pedro, the contractor was very professional, always showed up on time, knew what he was doing, and everything was done well and with the absolute minimum impact on the rest of the house. Every effort was made to keep the work area clean and blocked off. He made every effort to accommodate our time schedule and work around changes we had to make. We will definitely use PEA again for any work that comes up."

"Kevin, the owner, is very professional and friendly.  He explained his products thoroughly and did not try to 'close the deal' and force an appointment.   I spoke with a couple of other window companies.  His prices were comparable to one and considerably less than another one.  I appreciated his not using pressure techniques on us to buy before he left which the other companies both did.  The windows have worked out well and he even personally came to replace some caulk that came loose from the install over a year later.  He and his men were prompt on the job and very thorough.  I will check first with Kevin and his company on any home project."

"I really enjoy working with Bade Brothers. They and their crew are more than just builders. They seem to truly enjoy what they do, and I appreciate their fun side too. However their work as professional remodelers and home builders really shines. I've hired them, and have also been in and around many other of their builds (for work they've done for my friends). My eye for detail is sometimes a problem for me (it can't always be perfect, right!?), but with their excellent quality and craftsmanship on their remodel work, it made it easy and it's as close to perfect as you can get. The job was done right, and they finished the job on the schedule they shared in advance and kept us well informed. Will be using them again and again."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Horseshoe Bend, ID

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
