"After the inspection was performed, Vernon, call me right away. He informed me of the extent of the foundation damage , and what was the root cause of it. The house was recently flipped, and his photos showed the poor quality of workmanship by the company, heat ducting smashed closed, no pads for blocking if the floor beams, a portion of the crawl space was so narrow, it would only be able to be accessed from the top side.He also provided me with a verbal ball park estamate on what it would take to correct these problems."

He fully explained the process to correct my problems and sent me an estimate by e-mail. We arranged to have the work performed the following week. They drilled small holes through my concrete ( 1" in diameter) and injected their material into the voids under the concrete. After raising the concrete they filled in the holes. Reece and Justin did a terrific job with the actual installation and went above and beyond in many facets to make sure that the work was satisfactory based on our desires.  There were a few unexpected challenges during the job and rather than take the easy way out and just try to "make it work" they took the time to do it right the first time.  Justin and Reece's craftsmanship was top notch with regard to the installation of the laminate floor with good attention to detail so that the seams looked appropriate and the lines were straight.  Overall we are very pleased with the work and would recommend Good Hands to all of our friends and neighbors."
