"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"Scheduling went well initially, but we got a call the morning of the scheduled work saying the handyman had a family emergency and could not come. I called back a week later to see about rescheduling (they said "we were just about to call you!") - and another handyman came out 12 days after the initially scheduled appointment. In each of the three phone contacts with the company I made it clear that I needed help installing strapping over concrete in order to put up drywall in a closet in the basement and that the handyman would need to bring a hammer-drill in order to do the job. In the last contact prior to the appointment I told the rep that I would also likely be needing help installing a steel rack on the ceiling of the garage. I also made it clear that I had an appointment in the afternoon and we'd need to start at 8:00am sharp. The handyman arrived a little more than a half-hour late, without a hammer drill and with no ladder (just a light-weight step-stool). The messages about needing to bring a hammer-drill and doing work on the garage ceiling were evidently never passed along to him. Thankfully I had ladders and I had also purchased a hammer-drill, just in case.... So we were able to complete that part of the job, with him cutting the strapping with a chop saw and applying liquid nail and me doing most of the drilling and anchoring. The handyman was friendly and helpful, but didn't seem all that skilled. He worked steadily, especially sanding the drywall. The best thing about signing up for this big deal is that it helped me get motivated to tackle of couple of projects that had been hanging over my head. So for that, despite some of the glitches, I am grateful.

"I had a leaking faucet in my shower. So I called NE Renovation to see if they could fix it.  They asked me about my problem and the name of the faucet however the name plate was worn and I could not determine the name so I did not know the type of faucet it was. A technician came to my house and in seconds after seeing the faucet knew exactly what was needed. He returned a week later with new faucet parts and quickly replaced the failing parts. 

He was very professional and helpful in describing what he was doing. The repaired faucet works beautifully. I would definitely use them again on any project that I need help with.

"Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Norman and his staff were attentive and friendly throughout the whole process. We were given a quote and then took some time to get other quotes and secure financing. When we were finally ready to commit we let WTPI know and they had our furnace installed within a week! A few days later when the system needed to be balanced Norman was out that afternoon to get everything set up. He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process very comfortable and enjoyable. "For a while, I was really always it seems that anytime I needed something, I couldn't get it timely. The first they would ask, for instance, when my air conditioning went out I had them and it's well have you maintained it. The application being that if you couldn't produce maintenance records they weren't going to do it. So on air conditioner was unhappy. They shocked me . I had a recent leak inside the loft. They sent somebody out here. They really did a good job on it. They were timely. A leak within the draining system inside the wall, I was getting water damage down the wall. They sent a plumber out. He opened up the wall and replaced the piping in there and then patched the wall back up. They don't do finish work on their patch up but hey do the patch. He was a pretty sharp young man. He was responsive. He came and he needed some things. he went and got them. He came right back. That was one that I was wondering if they were even going to do caus they'd been going on for a while. It was a drainage pipe in the wall. It was a manufacturing defect that had probably leaked from some early years of the home and got progressively worse until I could hear it. Actually when I would turn on the water on a certain faucet I could hear it drip down onto a fireplace. That's how I knew what it was. They don't do the finish. You do the finish. They do the patch. The only reason I kept them was because they showed me a different face with that repair. Before it seemed like everything you wanted they had a reason not to do it."
