"John was very helpful, responsive and trustworthy. Our water heater was on it's last legs and we could barely get 2 showers in before running out of hot water. We had a lot of questions on efficiency, environmental impact, etc.. and John was very knowledgeable as well as honest with his responses (obviously with the internet you can easily fact check). On the day of the install, John arrived promptly and texted his approximate ETA which was appreciative to ensure someone in the family was listening for the doorbell. Unfortunately, our water heater was clogged with calcium and lime which caused a challenge in emptying the water. John attempted to scrape the sediment out of the way so the heater could drain - in the process, the pressure built up and exploded a bunch of calcium and lime all over him. He did an excellent job of keeping a smile on his face even though he was covered from head to toe with sediment - he even did a great job of cleaning up the mess in the basement. Which is saying a lot since I am rather OCD about the cleanliness of my home and was fully expecting to find a big mess once he was done. But my basement was clean and I couldn't even tell that an explosion of sediment had occurred. The rest of the install went much smoother than how it had started and it is so nice to finally get a family of 4 showered in the evening with plenty of hot water to spare."
