"They said they planned to start installation within 2 weeks of the contract signing.  It turned out to be 3 weeks but that was due to rain.  Once they started it took about a week to install.  The crew was very professional and the foreman was easy to communicate with.  They installed the system as agreed and even moved a couple of heads at my request to a different spot than originally agreed.  Once the installation was finished, they walked me through how to use the system and we walked the yard and watched each zone run to make sure it was okay with me.  They tweaked a couple of spray patterns where the water was hitting the house.  They gave me a laminated sheet that shows the layout of the system, extremely well labelled,  so I can see which heads are on which zone, and exactly where they are in the yard.  This will make it very easy to program the system in years to come.  Finally they let me pay for the whole thing with my credit card.   I would highly recommend this company.  <br> <br>"

"Basile Landscaping were great to work with. They came out to give us a quote within a couple days of contacting them and then had the work completed within 10 days of us contracting with them. They did a great job removing the old bushes, planting the new azaleas, laying down mulch, etc. After they finished, the owner called us to make sure we were satisfied. Very professional. "They had a installation manager, and he was really nice. He came out before hand, and he came out many times afterwards. He did lot of follow ups on service after the sales and I was very happy with them. They tend to have same people working in the office, so there’s not a lot of high turnover and they remember who I am. They are really good with sending out reminders for start up accounts. I highly recommend it, and I would say they go with the water harvesting now. We looked at doing it ourselves, and we also looked at a couple of other companies and I liked their techniques better than the others. I have been using them for seven years and they haven’t tricked me off yet and that’s a pretty good thing. I would rate them highly."
