The choice was between leaving the car half a day or have him detach the inside door panel, leave it with him, and take my car home with me. Naturally I chose the latter course. He told me it should be ready around noon the next day. At noon the next day I got a call from Joel to tell me the job was done. I drove over later. His team reattached the panel and I was on my way. The repair was immaculate and looked like the original."

"Overall I was really pleased with the car I bought - the book price said 15-16K, and I paid 14400 plus 1K costs........so I think it was a really good deal. The customer service left a lot to be desired. I was kept waiting to test drive for 50 minutes despite a booked appointment. When I paid for the car it took 2 hours for them to bring the car around to the front. One of the tyres was low so it took another hour for them to pump it up. There seems to be so many staff standing about, yet I was waiting for hours ever time I went there. <br /> After having the car for a week I had to replace the tyre as it kept deflating and could not be repaired. I felt that good car preparation could have saved me from doing this. <br /> Overall - good prices but be prepard to wait when test driving or buying!! <br />"

He was unable to find matching leather with which to reinforce the strap so did a repair--she was very pleased with it. It looked great and hopefully will hold up to her travels.
