I wasn’t aware of this issue until days later and by that time the water had completely destroyed some of the brand new flooring, drywall, paint, etc. I got estimates from several contractors and Dave’s bid was very reasonable/competitive. He was able to start working on it within a week of the bid and completed the entire restoration in two days along with correcting the sub par job my plumber did on replacing the broken pipe which he did free of charge. "Meeting project manager Aaron from Home Masters until the job was done has been nothing but pleasant. Aaron sent a project proposal for painting the exterior of our house as well as fence and gate repair and replacement with a line item of exactly what they would do along with the cost which was significant but reasonable. We went over the contract together and he answered all my questions. This way there would be no communication problems later. The painters were amazing! Very polite,(didn't smoke or waste time), very careful to protect our landscaping. Did a thorough job and made sure I was pleased. Can't say enough good things about them and the work they did. Our house looks great. The crew that did the fence work were also amazing. Unfortunately the day they needed to work the weather was chilly and wet, but they kept on working until they finished. They made the design of the new fence portion look just like the original. It's a great job. We couldn't be more pleased."

"I enjoyed working with Beau. He understood exactly what I wanted done. He make a few suggestions which kept me from making some major mistakes (like locking in my fridge if I extended the island). Beau communicated with me regularly through the whole process.. The different teams did I great job. Again, they worked closely with me to be sure the outcome would match my vision. I love my house. I would not change one thing that was done.. My home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, formal living and dining, family room, breakfast room, laundry room, and kitchen (3000 sq ft). It took a total of 10 weeks to be the job completed due to the carpet selected being on back order. My only complain was the wholesaler used. Not all the items I selected was not ordered and the quantities were not correct on a few things. This lead to the delay in completion of the project. This was not on Beau."
