He was referred to me by a co-worker with very high standards, and I am so grateful we were able to have his team do our addition and remodel. We have an older home and needed more space, so we added a bedroom above the garage and connected the new space to the existing home. We also remodeled most rooms, including a full kitchen expansion and remodel, new floors throughout, all new electrical wiring, HVAC, interior and exterior paint, plumbing upgrades (and moved a bathroom), and we added a front porch. There were problems along the way, which you'd expect with a project of this size, but Jim did his best to stay within the agreed-upon timeline.
