He started on my wish list by identifying a leak at my chimney that was causing the interior damage. He is since helping me prioritize the must-do repairs while sprinkling in some fun changes that help keep me motivated. 😄 I now have a leak-free roof at my chimney and Dutch Door on my Garage. I am moving on to the Electrician. Boring. But after that I should have enough saved for the covered patio!!! Jack and his team's work has been stellar and the rescue Huskies love Jack!"

I spoke to the project manager Ziv and he was very professional I then set up an in office meeting with Ziv we discussed our options and I was very pleased with how we all worked together with different ideas and we all came with the best kitchen design hat suits my needs and wants. "Jim Johnson is an exceptional builder and honest businessman. You can tell he does this work because he loves it and genuinely wants his work to be the highest quality. He was referred to me by a co-worker with very high standards, and I am so grateful we were able to have his team do our addition and remodel. We have an older home and needed more space, so we added a bedroom above the garage and connected the new space to the existing home. We also remodeled most rooms, including a full kitchen expansion and remodel, new floors throughout, all new electrical wiring, HVAC, interior and exterior paint, plumbing upgrades (and moved a bathroom), and we added a front porch. There were problems along the way, which you'd expect with a project of this size, but Jim did his best to stay within the agreed-upon timeline. Every problem or decision was discussed in a transparent and collaborative way, and his suggestions saved us from future headaches. We now have a solid home that is well-designed and functional. From the big items such as the flow of a new room, down to the motion-detecting lights he suggested for our driveway...no detail is overlooked by Jim, Harvey, and the team. With Jim, you get a builder who is extremely knowledgeable, available, creative, trustworthy, and best of all, he does what he says he will do. It's not easy to find these qualities in a builder."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Andrey the owner took my $4000 via Zelle and has been missing for one week. He has extremely poor communication, had a color conflict for trim and has not been back to resume painting. Stated to my husband he would return on 23rd, did not come then stated he has a new project and does not know when he will return. He started the job on March 11, stated it would take nine days. Here?s we are on March 26, 2026, with no return or completion date. Please do not hire this company unless you want to end up in court with an unfinished painted House and out $4000. "
