"I was please at first with the results based on appearance. I encountered comm issues during the process but improved. I have been trying to reach him for months regarding some issues from his work that needs addressing and I can not get a call back. This is a common issue when dealing with smaller contractors. I am not happy with the customer service and quality of work. Simple as a call back is difficult."

"Tropic Pools enlarged my pool deck area by 400sf. They removed grass, dirt and flagstone areas before adding the concrete. They also cleaned my existing pool deck area and matched the new concrete with spray deck and painted everything to match. Paul came out promptly to discuss my needs and provided a reasonable quote. He kept me informed of the process and when his guys would be here and came by to check their work every day. The guys did a great job of keeping everything neat and cleaned up. Paul also assisted me with fixing some drainage issues. I’ll be calling him again for a patio cover for an outdoor kitchen and when my pool needs resurfacing."

"Our pool is 14 years old. The limestone coping was disintegrating. The plaster had lost its color and the tile waterfall wall was in bad shape. Aqua Tek Pools tore out the entire coping and tile wall in 1 day and replaced it the following day. The plaster was prep came the following day. After a rain delay of 1 day, they returned to re-plaster and started filling the pool immediately. The very next day the cool deck team arrived and completed their work in 2 days!
