"William David Design (William Parr) recently installed a 77" TV, with a Motor-Assisted Vertical Travel TV Mount, on our stacked stone fireplace. He was recommended to us by a neighbor, and is now our Gold Standard. William initially gave us a detailed quote for the installation that we found reasonable and accepted. He gave us a timeline for his work and maintained it throughout his work. He patiently explained the operation of the entire system to my wife and me (both 80+ years old). He responded, both quickly and effectively, to all communications, was punctual, highly professional, knowledgeable and pleasant, and he completed his work in accordance with his quoted price (adjusted for a couple of small items we requested after he began his work). I unhesitatingly give William Parr my highest recommendation to anyone in need of the same or similar services."

"I can't say enough about what a great job Corey did. I had a 63” tv stand that needed to be assembled with parts in boxes. And It was like watching seasoned surgeons go to work. A couple hours later me and my family were enjoying the well put together tv stand with my 65” tv Highly Highly recommend him to anybody. I will definitely have him back to set up my surround sound Thank you once again Corey great job"

"Off to a rocky start when the tech was in a motor vehicle collision putting him in the hospital. However, Mr. Lee contacted another tech from northern Alabama who did a magnificent job. I should note that my home and office are in Turtletown, TN. Getting service on anything here is a significant struggle. A tech solution repaired my optical fiber network quickly and efficiently."

"Outstanding. Everything now works as it should."

"I couldn't make a connection with them and they were very uncooperative.  I think what happened was they couldn't schedule me until way down the road and I had a problem that I had to have resolved.  It was one of those things where they got too many responses and they were all booked up.  I had to use somebody else and never got back with them.  They couldn't accommodate a reasonable time frame."

"Great and prompt service. Extremely professional with a great positive attitude and they went above andh beyond what was expected. Did a fantastic job of testing the network and made sure all connections were 100% working well. Immensely pleased with the company and the crew."
