They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. "Two young guys arrived on time.  Very polite.  Paint job, however, was a bit uneven in spots.  Not noticeable to me until total paint job dried.  Paint job looked just ok but not all because of the painters.  It turns out that the drywall on the garage walls really need to be re-taped so that the paint application would have a smooth finish.  If the painters would have told me that retaping would present a better result before they painted the walls I probably would have expanded the job to include that fix.  For what I paid for the paint job, however, I'm not upset.

"Very pleased with the results of our bathroom remodel project. The job took longer than expected and I would advise anyone scheduling a reno not to count on timeline being exact because challenges pop up. The mirror I ordered for bathroom was cracked and couldn’t be installed upon completion of project but they assured me that they would return and install it when it comes. It hasn’t arrived yet so I may need to update this if they don’t come back but they did everything they said they would."
