He improved our original design and made numerous suggestions during the construction process. He understood our vision of the porch and he delivered. From start to finish Scott and his work crew were always on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up the area before departing every day. I was on site watching and taking photos. So I can attest to the craftmanship and attention to detail of the crew. Every day I was informed of their plans and then I provided my thoughts, ideas, and concerns. One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies. John was readily available by phone, text, and in person. He walked me through all the steps, timelines, and the whole process. After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed.
