Greenix has called and resolved this situation to my satisfaction. They have proven quite thoroughly that they care about their company's integrity and the customer service provided by it's agents. I have revised my initial grading accordingly.

I canceled my first appointment with Greenix Pest Control after waiting 45 minutes past the scheduled time and two phone calls ending up in their voicemail. The new customer coupon and great Angie's List rating (at the time) was tempting enough to bite. Now I read their Facebook page and apparently this is a long standing issue with them. I definitely do NOT recommend wasting your time with this company. Their FB page also lists complaints of being charged even when no service was provided; that better not happen here!"

"I called Mike when I discovered Raccoons living under my deck. He came out and we discussed the situation. He offered advice how to encourage the animals to leave and prevent others from taking their place. But we also discussed that, in my case (no pets, no crawlspace), there is no harm leaving them alone. Ultimately, I decided not to hire Mike, but if I need animal control in the future, I'll certainly give him a call. Mike charged me nothing for the consultation, even after I offered to pay him for his time."
