Thought has been given to how our neighbors as well us, the homeowners living at the site, would live through the project. There have been a few minor things to work through, but given the size of the project, they were minor and we feel right is being done by us. The dialog has been critical and has really led to the positive experience, to setting expectations. Positive communication was established during the planning of the project, which took place over the course of a year. It seemed like forever, waiting a year to start, but it has truly worked to our benefit. It has been worth the wait, and we wouldn't want anyone else doing this kind of work on our home.
