"Lilian was pleasant and professional and I am grateful they were able to get us in very quickly.  But the quality of service was lacking.  I could barely notice anything done.  The counter tops looked the same, etc.  We had VA a number of years back clean the 2nd floor of said house and it was an incredible, thorough, really great job.  I was so happy and impressed.  As well -- back then, the house was fully furnished and Vicente quoted me $225 for the whole house vs. $300 completely empty now.  Yikes.  Unfortunate turn.  I emailed and asked for a response before I posted my review but did not hear back... which makes me think, they got the $ so all done. ):  I'm left disappointed and confused by VA unfortunately. <br />"

"Mike installed the fence the way he thought it should be installed, not according to the product specifications. At the end of a long day, he was in a hurry to get somewhere else so I did not press the issue. As I reviewed the fence more closely I realized that the way it was installed was not going to accomplish what it was designed to do. Additionally, one edge of the fencing was not finished off. In a phone call he said he would come and finish off the edge, which he did not do. He also told me he did not think it was necessary to correct the fence installation. I sent several emails which went unanswered."
