Cathy Falkner is a all star for getting things done! 2020 I had a difficult pool design along with extensive pavers and changing a existing pool configuration substantially. All of the team members were fantastic to work with, I received multiple renderings of exactly what I was buying from Dan Meyer so there was no guesswork. Dan was thoughtful, helpful and very responsive. John Martin and his teams managed a multifaceted executions and the end product is absolutely beautiful. I spoke in depth with 5 of the premier pool builders. None cared or earned the right for my business like Larsen. Definitely include them in your mix. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value"
