Called Rolling Rooter and told him what was going on. He said he had to finish up with his wife's dr. appt but would be out within 2 hrs. and he was. Had the right tools and with the pipe exposed was able to clear the drain. He was then worried that we were supposed to get rain and the trench would collapse. He didn't have the right pipe so ran out and got the pipe to repair the break, came back, waded through muddy water and did the repair. Threw enough dirt on to protect everything and then was satisfied drain would stay fixed. I would ABSOLUTELY call them again. Never expected him to show up same day and all was fixed in a couple hours. He said he could have dug the pipe as well so he can also dig."
