"Jonathan Rose determined the cause of an occasional leak I have had by the chimney. The flashing needed caulking to stop the leak. He also saw 2 missing shingles and that squirrels have chewed my vent stacks to the point where I would soon have a problem. The bid was reasonable, and the work was done in about an hour the very next day. After the repairs, we had a very hard, blowing rain that let me see that the chimney caulking did the trick on the leak.
