"The rep on the phone said dual springs needed to be replaced in pairs and the repair would cost $275. When the tech arrived (Marcos I think), he did try and up sell me to a higher quality set of springs for $375 with the comment the standard springs should last 6-7 years with normal use and the higher quality spring expected to last up to 15-20 years. I opted for the standard springs. He replaced the springs, adjusted the tension and oiled all the joints/rollers (I had already replaced the rollers about a year before). The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and the repair cost exactly what I was quoted, $275. I would hire them again."

"Called Alamo Garage Doors in the morning when our door wouldn't open, and they had a technician out the same afternoon. The problem was a worn motor coupling that was quickly replaced."

"Josh, the serviceman from A1 Garage Door, was on time, did a complete inspection of both garage doors, found the problem, serviced completely both doors and within a few hours . He explained everything he did, and reprogrammed our garage openers. We were very happy with this entire process."
