"I called Dan out of the blue, knowing I had to replace the system but I didn't know the first step. He took time out to explain EVERYTHNG I needed to know. At this point in the process he wasn't even a consideration for work, just a person I called to get going. He spent ~30 minutes on the phone, during his busy day just to answer questions. Once I received my permit, I called Dan back had we began to venture down the replacement path (he got first shot primarily because he took time out of his day to answer all my questions....not to mention he was a tad cheaper than the other quote I received). He promptly came out to the house, and spent a good amount of time explaining EVERYTHING, even the dumb questions. We called and talked to Jackie and she got Daniel to come over asap.  He came over and fixed a pipe in the attic. The NEXT day we noticed a stain in our guest bathroom and again talked to Jackie and she got Daniel to come back over. He found another pipe leaking and fixed it and went ahead and replaced the main water valve from the street. </p> <p>After the Holidays we received a call from Jackie letting us know when to expect Daniel to finish the other items we needed. She kept us informed during the entire process which we greatly appreciated. </p> <p>He showed up at the agreed time and brought Calab along to help.  One of the items was to replace a hot water heater in the attic. They got right to work and finished in about 4 hours. Not only did Daniel replace the two Cartridges he agreed to do at no charge; but threw in another cartridge in a sink faucet we had not discussed. (We had purchased the part and he said it would only take him a minute to put it in.)</p> <p> Daniel reminded us he gave a Discount to Angies List members and applied it to our final invoice.The entire process was a pleasure and all three people we dealt with at Winston Plumbing were very friendly, efficient and professional.
