The gentlemen who were in our home installing the unit were professional and polite and very nice to our little dogs. Sergio stayed and answered all of our questions until late in the evening. They offered us a free duct cleaning and that was completed on Monday after the Friday install. Emmett worked quickly and professionally. He was so very nice and easy to talk to. "Excellent work done on replacing an existing Central AC system. They used adequate measures to protect the interior of the house during the replacement and cleaned up all work areas. They were very professional. The only negative thing was in relation to communications. A scheduled appointment was more than an hour late and i had to call to see if they were still coming. On at least one occasion it took more than a day to get a return email. Having been a project manager for various mechanical and electrical jobs, I understand the need to keep the information flowing between the customer and provider."
