He was courteous, and he was willing to do the installation, despite that this was during a busy period. He was on time, and he worked around my schedule. Nathan and his crew do excellent work. He left the counter, and my floor clean. Nathan had to do some adjustments, and he only charged me for the materials. His fee is fair. I will definitely hire him again for other jobs. He gets an A++! :)"
