"Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."

"Unbelievably good service from Nick’s plumbing. Called them with a sewer main blockage on a Saturday morning, they were there in less than an hour, repaired the problem quickly and at an unbelievably reasonable price. A very courteous and professional technician. Would absolutely use them again."

"The company came within 2 hours of contact and inspected my water heater. We received a quote before the plumber left. The next day, Jacob the plumber, followed up with me to see if I still needed their services. I called him back to let him know that I did. Within 2 hours he was back at my house to replace the water heater. He was done replacing the water heater within 2 hours! I haven’t had any issues since the repair. Thank you Plumbing System Pro for your awesome service!!"

"Mr. Brenek has been a plumber for over 30 years, he is a Master Plumber and is assisted by Greg, who is also very capable. I felt very comfortable in my selection of them. They seemed to be the most knowledgeable, very familiar with the usage of the camera, locator, etc. They did an excellent job of replacing my existing sewer line, starting Monday morning and it was turned back over to me today (Wednesday morning). The excavation and installation of the pipe were all completed the first day. Tuesday was tied up waiting for the City Inspector and the Excavator filled it back in this morning. Mr. Brenek was with me every step of the way, used a very good excavation company for the digging. I highly recommend him and would use him again."

Many Houston homeowners who call us are frustrated because they have called other Houston plumbing service companies and have gotten a run-around when it came to getting a price. It is sad to admit that our industry is plagued with plumbers who intentionally will not give you a price or even a ballpark estimate over the phone because they want to get in your home where they can pressure you face to face into spending more than you should. "These guys were amazing. I hired them to replace my tankless hot water heater. They took a no need to haggle approach to the estimate process, which I appreciated. The install process felt very white glove, with runners deployed left left my floors and freshly painted walls without a mark. JD was very professional and personable, taking the needed time to do the install correct the first time. They even went the extra mile and fixed an unrelated issue (was not their fault) that would have failed the city inspection. What service! These guys are my new go to plumbers "

"I recently used Zoom Drain for a plumbing issue, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They were extremely prompt, arriving right on time and quickly assessing the problem. The team was friendly, professional, and very helpful, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood the repairs. It’s rare to find a plumbing service that combines speed, expertise, and excellent customer care, I highly recommend Zoom Drain!"
