"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. "Excellent, as usual. I've called Race City Roofing several times for minor repairs and recently for a 3 hour job to extend the overhang of shingles over our gutters. Their roofers are experienced, easy to work with, and they always do the job right. On each job, they've taken extra time to fix problems I wasn't aware of. Scheduling a job has never been a problem. They've sent out a roofer within a few days for minor, non-emergency repairs, and recently scheduled a 3 hour job within a 2 week window. It's great having a go-to roofing company that is reliable and reasonably priced, and that does emergency work. I will call them in a few years when we need to replace our roof. I know they will do the job right, for the right price."

"Just cancelled service today. Have been a customer of McNeeley since 2014 and never experienced such terriible customer service until now. I don't know how BugOut expects to keep customers unless they are going for quantity to the point that it doesn't matter. Too much to even post here. Will find a local company who cares about their customers like McNeeley did instead."

"Office people are very polite and helpful on the phone. The roof was inspected and the estimate for repairs and maintenance was provided in mid-June. This was a small job, so they gave us an estimate of timing and worked us in when they could. The company experienced some minor delays due to weather. They did an excellent job of communicating this to us via email. The work was done in early August, which was close to the timing they had projected. A good experience with a great firm!
